To apply for a scholarship funded by the Friends of Scandinavian Studies at the University of Oregon, please submit the following materials to the Department of German and Scandinavian:

• a completed application form (click here)
• a short statement detailing
  1. your interest in Scandinavian Studies
  2. your plans for future participation
  3. how this scholarship will support your pursuit of Scandinavian Studies
  4. your financial need
• a transcript of your UO studies
• two letters of recommendation, at least one of them from a UO faculty member

ELIGIBILITY: Students must be regularly enrolled in a University of Oregon academic program and seriously engaged in some aspect of Scandinavian Studies.
